I smile to show the pressure of heroes and to trick the fear inside of me.
Classic quintessential shonen anime. Very feel-good hype and positive vibes. Can just switch it on and watch any time and will still hit the mark.

I’m Gonna Take You There Myself, Fly You To The Moon. That’s A Promise.
Gripping from the start! Quite a compelling setting and very well executed. Never a dull moment show. Another thing I love about this show is that it is a short and standalone piece with recurring main song that just hits at the critical times.
How cruel, / a grasshopper trapped / under a warrior's helmet.
A slice of life, comedy anime that has a very unique pencil animation style with light piano soundtrack and sprinkled with some haiku-like calmness that has some profound deep layer to it. One of the old Ghibli movies that many people don't know about. Very light and family centric - was a fun watch.
Let's go home together, Kosuke.
A warm-hearted movie which I would say is a must watch animated film if you like this genre. Very Murakami-esque (minus all the cats haha), and has nice OG-style animation.

Dating is something you can't do alone. So... let's do it together, shall we?
Quite interesting premise. Has lots of elements that are quite dear to me (sci-fi, romance, nice visuals, twists). Was a really nice watch overall. Very Chai-esque melancholy vibe.

Like your emotions
rise above the sea, young one
Very unique animation style! A simple plot with simple characters. Very light and refreshing watch, but might be boring for some people. Did it make me appreciate haikus? Definitely liked the songs tho!
I don’t know very much about you, But I’d like to learn more about you, little by little.
One of the best romance comedy anime that I've seen! Very very cute and slice of life esque till the end, also gets a bit cheesy at times. Would recommend.

I would think it best to have an excellent subordinate, even if they were stronger than me, for a long time.
Plot with nice potential, but filled with unnecessary fanservice.
Of course I learned from the books that the sea is salty.
One of the best things I have watched in what feels like a long time. Absolute top-tier and breathtaking animation with really good background score. Simply an incredible watch if you are into the slice of life/romance genre.

Sorry to say this, but this is a terrible matchup. For you of course, not me.
Insane aura farming series. Very well executed - each episode keeps you craving for more. But at the end of the end of the day is another series with OP MC.

If I don’t have to do it, I won’t. If I have to do it, I’ll make it quick.
Loved this anime. Really well made, has a nice pace and has a certain slice of life and wholesome aspect to it. The storyline is simple yet complex enough to serve as a great mystery series. As a bonus, this also has nice music score. Would recommend.

And I'll tell you one more thing. A real sin... can't be erased, no matter whaaaaat you do.
Watched it for the lore. Is definitely entertaining. Adventure themed, with lots of backstory. Not really satisfied with the ending though.

“Survival of the fittest” is the law of this world. But many misunderstand what it means. It is not that the strong devour the weak. “The fittest” refers to those who can adapt
Insanely good shonen anime. Definitely a recommendation if you haven't watched it already. Easily slides into one of my favourite anime.
It's BAAAAAAACK!!!!! ONE OF MY BALLS IS BACK!!!!
One word - Unhinged. But entertaining nevertheless. I liked the OP and ED.

Come back, Gon!
We...
are friends, right?!
Nice extra material for HxH fans. Not sure if it is Canon, but a nice fun watch. Disappointed that Hisoka didn't fight hehe.
